RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

WHAT? You’re not 100% happy? OH NO! We’re so sorry. Or maybe you changed your mind? It happens. Don’t worry, you can happily send it back to us for a refund or exchange. Please contact us via email at hello@bambinista.com within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or full refund. 

CANCELATIONS

Inline with the Citizens' Advice Bureau, Bambinista reserves the right to cancel order in case of a suspected fraudulent transactions, out of stocks or incorrect pricing errors. Refunds will be issued immediately (your bank may take a few days to release the refund back to your account). Bambinista is not required to fulfil these order in these cases and the customer is not entitled to any compensation.

PAYPAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

WE NOW OFFER FREE RETURNS WITH PAYPAL PURCHASES. That's right! If you want to buy from BAMBINISTA and send back what you don't want, NO PROBLEM! If you pay with PAYPAL, they will pay your return postage costs. AWESOME!

RETURNS POLICY

  • Returns outside the standard 14 day window will only be accepted at our discretion.
  • In the case of quality issues, please clearly state the issue when contacting hello@bambinista.com
  • All non-quality issue returns should be sent back to us in the original packaging provided. The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition.  Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and will be donated to the nearest charity shop and no refund given.
  • In case of an item received as faulty / damaged, return postage will be covered by Bambinista. Please contact us at hello@bambinista.com for a return label.
  • In case of wrong size / product ordered, or where customer has changed their mind, return postage is at the expense of the customer.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items (unless due to quality issue) cannot be refunded.
  • If your item is received faulty or damaged then we will exchange it for a new undamaged item (stock permitting).  
  • International return postage charges are unfortunately not covered.
  • Returns will be credited to the original payment method.

Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we would be unable to refund or credit on any of the following unless it is still fully sealed and unopened:

  • Washed/used products
  • Undergarments
  • Breast pumps and intimate items
  • Made to measure or bespoke products
  • Mattresses
  • Assembled/used products (furniture/pushchairs etc.)
  • Electronic goods that have had the seal broken or been registered - this includes Tonies, Yoto, and Owlet

  • Car seats and travel systems

We do not offer exchanges and instead advise that you purchase additional sizes if you are unsure and then return the incorrect option for refund. Should you find you do require an alternative size, please contact our Customer Service Team who will be happy to help.

CANCELATIONS

The customer is able to cancel any order provided it has not yet been sent out by Bambinista. If it has already been shipped, please contact Bambinista for the return address. Once the return is received and condition checked, we will process a refund for you.
