Delivery Timeframes
- We aim to process and dispatch orders within 3 working days (Monday to Friday – not including Bank Holidays).
- In-stock items ordered on a Standard Delivery Service should arrive within 7 working days.
- If the item you’ve purchased isn’t in stock, we will email you with an estimated time frame for delivery.
- Parcels will not be considered as lost until 10 working days have passed after dispatch
Worldwide Information
- Please note that all deliveries outside of the UK will be subject to tax and duty upon receipt in the delivery country. We do not offer any pre-paid duty or tax.
- If your order is returned to us because import duties/taxes have not been paid, you will be subject to a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund once your order has arrived back at our Warehouse. For small orders, this is $11/€11. For larger orders, we will make customers aware of the return costs once they have been provided by the courier.
- Returns from outside of the UK can take up to 6 weeks to arrive at our Warehouse.
- Customers will not be entitled to a refund of their outward shipping charges if the order is returned to us due to unpaid import duties/taxes.
- We offer flat rates at checkout that vary according to the estimated weight of your order. This may not be accurate, and we will contact you if there is an extra charge.

Returns And Exchanges
- Please contact us via email at hello@bambinista.com within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
- All returns will only be refunded once received back by Bambinista and inspection is completed by our customer services team.
- Please note that any items returned damaged due to insufficient packaging of the return will not be refunded.
- Any returns of products under warranty claim to be sent to the service centre must be appropriately packaged. Large/fragile items must be packed in a box with sufficient padding to avoid damage in transit.
RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES
Returns due to customer no longer wanting an item/change of mind / multiple sizes ordered will be at the expense of the customer. Please contact hello@bambinista.com for return instructions.
Bambinista will cover the cost of return shipping if an item is delivered faulty. This will be processed after the return has been assessed by our customer service to confirm that this was a manufacturing issue.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we would be unable to refund any of the following items unless they are still fully sealed and unopened:
- Mattresses
- Assembled/used products (furniture/pushchairs etc.)
- Electronic goods that have had the seal broken or have been registered
- Car seats
The following we will not be able to refund or credit under any circumstances:
- Washed/used products
- Underwear
CANCELATIONS
The customer is able to cancel any order, provided it has not yet been sent out by Bambinista. If it has already been shipped, please contact Bambinista for the return address. Once the return is received and the condition is checked, we will process a refund for you.
In line with the Citizens' Advice Bureau, Bambinista reserves the right to cancel orders in case of suspected fraudulent transactions, out-of-stock, or incorrect pricing errors. Refunds will be issued immediately (your bank may take a few days to release the refund back to your account). Bambinista is not required to fulfil the order in these cases, and the customer is not entitled to any compensation
